El Salvador

In collaboration with FUSAL (Fundacion Salvadorena para la Salud y el Desarrollo Humano), Humanitas™ the Ministry of Health, and a field team of local physicians, nutritionists, educators, health promoters, and agronomists, The Mathile Institute is working to improve the nutritional and health status of children under the age of 5.

This work aims to reduce the poverty cycle in four municipalities of the Department of La Libertad by incorporating a strong education and economic development program through community engagement and behavior change strategies.
